Recommended for shocks.When the speed ratio is low, using a high-tooth sprocket can greatly reduce the rotation of the i-link, the tensile load of the chain and the load of the bearing.

Features: Compared with belt drive

1. The sprocket drive has no elastic sliding and slipping, and can maintain an accurate average transmission ratio;

2. The required tension force is small, and the pressure acting on the shaft is small, which can reduce the friction loss of the bearing;

3. Compact structure;

4. Can work in harsh environments such as high temperature and oil pollution;

5. The manufacturing and installation accuracy is low, and the transmission structure is simple when the center distance is large;

Disadvantages: The instantaneous speed and instantaneous transmission ratio are not constant, the transmission stability is poor, and there is a certain impact and noise.
