Preparation of spare parts and tools.Before starting the construction, conduct a comprehensive inspection and check on the materials and spare parts used in the maintenance to ensure that they are in good condition and available; conduct a comprehensive visual inspection and experiment on the maintenance tools used, cable trays, electric tools, and lifting tools are all under inspection within the period, and the appearance inspection is qualified.After passing the inspection, they will all be transported to the designated location on the maintenance site.Preparation for on-site inspection.The maintenance site shall be managed by fixed location. Before the start of construction, the layout of the maintenance site shall be completed, all inspection safety measures must be implemented, the work ticket has been processed, and the conditions for start-up shall be met.Disclosure before work.The person in charge of the work will explain the safety precautions, maintenance quality requirements, and work progress to the work class personnel, and enter the work site to start the maintenance work.
(1) Remove the outer rings of each bearing (mark them well), lift out the high-speed shaft, medium-speed shaft and low-speed shaft of the reducer, and place them in the maintenance area.Preliminary inspection of the gear and shaft of the reducer, no cracks, broken teeth and falling blocks, and no looseness of the gear on the shaft.
(2) Priority is given to inspecting the joint of the oil seal of the shaft head frame of the reducer, and the wear of the shaft surface, so as to be brushed and plated in time.The shaft surface wears evenly, and the wear groove marks should be less than 0. 3 mm, otherwise dispose of.Priority should be given to checking the traces of rotation and wear of the bearing casing of the bearing hole of the reducer case body, and recording the wear of the bearing retaining ring and end cover for targeted measurement. (3) Clear out the mechanical oil in the reducer, store it in a special oil tank, clean the box with kerosene, and preliminarily check the inside of the reducer (clean the oil on the ground in time to avoid people slipping).Combined with the external leakage of the reducer case, make a mark and check the points inside the corresponding case, and there are no cracks or abnormalities.Clean the sealant on the joint surface of the upper and lower boxes of the reducer, and check the sealing surface.
