  The maximum temperature of the reducer under normal working conditions should not be higher than 45 degrees Celsius. If there is a high temperature, the mechanical inspection should be stopped immediately. Usually, the reason for this problem is that the reducer with this tonnage is too small and overloaded, or the worm and worm gear ends. The cover is pressed into the high temperature environment that is too tight, and the input speed is not cleared. The worm gear reducer is lubricated with butter, and the maximum speed of the worm shaft should not exceed 1000min/s. The treatment method is to reduce the input speed, check whether the gland is embedded too tightly and whether the planetary reducer is out of oil.
  The reasons for the shaking after additional load during the use process are the uneven pitch of the lead screw, the uneven separation of the worm of the reducer, the quality of the plane pressure bearing and the taper bearing is not up to standard, and the upper and lower sheaths of the lead screw are too tight together.
