The input part, the deceleration part and the output part of the cycloid reducer.A double eccentric sleeve with a dislocation of 180° is installed on the input shaft, and two roller bearings called swing arms are installed on the eccentric sleeve to form the H mechanism and the center hole of the two cycloidal wheels is the upper swing arm bearing of the eccentric sleeve The raceway, and the cycloidal wheel meshes with a group of annularly arranged needle teeth on the needle gear to form an internal meshing deceleration mechanism with a tooth difference of one tooth (in order to reduce friction, in a reducer with a small speed ratio , with needle sleeves on the needle teeth).When the input shaft rotates with the eccentric sleeve for one week, due to the characteristics of the tooth profile curve on the cycloid wheel and its restriction by the needle teeth on the needle gear, the motion of the cycloid wheel becomes a plane motion with both revolution and rotation. When the input shaft rotates forwardly, the eccentric sleeve also rotates once, and the cycloid wheel rotates one tooth in the opposite direction to obtain deceleration. Then, with the help of the W output mechanism, the low-speed rotation motion of the cycloid wheel is transmitted to the output shaft through the pin shaft. This results in a lower output speed.
Features and models of cycloid reducer:
High-speed ratio and single-stage transmission can achieve a reduction ratio of 1:87, and the efficiency is above 90%. If multi-stage transmission is used, the reduction ratio is large.
Compact structure and small size. Because of the planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis, so that the size of the model can be as small as possible.
The operation is stable and the noise is low. The cycloid pin teeth have a large number of meshing teeth, a large overlap coefficient and a mechanism of machine balance, so that the vibration and noise are limited to a small degree.
