  1. When installing the reducer, attention should be paid to the centering of the transmission center axis, and the error should not be greater than the compensation amount of the coupling used.Good alignment can prolong the service life and obtain ideal transmission efficiency.

  2. The reducer should be firmly installed on a stable and level foundation or base, the oil in the oil drain should be able to be drained, and the cooling air circulation should be smooth.The foundation is unreliable, causing vibration and noise during operation, and causing damage to bearings and gears.When the transmission coupling has protrusions or gears and sprockets are used for transmission, protective devices should be installed. When the output shaft bears a large radial load, the reinforced type should be selected.

  3. When installing the transmission parts on the output shaft, it is not allowed to hit with a hammer. Usually, the assembly fixture and the internal thread of the shaft end are used to press the transmission parts with bolts, otherwise it may cause damage to the internal parts of the reducer.It is best not to use rigid fixed couplings. Improper installation of such couplings will cause unnecessary external loads, resulting in early damage to the bearing, and even breakage of the output shaft in severe cases.

  4. According to the specified installation device, it can ensure that the staff can easily approach the oil mark, vent plug and oil drain plug.After the installation is in place, the accuracy of the installation position should be comprehensively checked in order, and the reliability of each fastener should be able to rotate flexibly after installation.The reducer is lubricated by splashing oil in the oil pool. Before running, the user needs to remove the screw plug of the vent hole and replace it with a vent plug.According to different installation positions, open the oil level plug screw to check the height of the oil level line, add oil from the oil level plug until the lubricating oil overflows from the oil level plug screw hole, screw on the oil level plug to confirm that it is correct, and then empty it. Load test run time shall not be less than 2 hours.The operation should be stable, without shock, vibration, noise and oil leakage. Any abnormality should be eliminated in time.

  After a certain period of time, the oil level should be checked again to prevent possible leakage from the casing. If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, the grade of the lubricant can be changed.

XNUMX. Inspection and maintenance of helical gear reducer:

  For the newly put into operation reducer, the L-CKC5903~L-CKC100 medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil in GB/T220 has been injected into the factory. After running for 200~300 hours, the oil should be changed for the first time. The quality of the oil should be checked regularly, and the oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated should be replaced in time.

  Under normal circumstances, for the reducer that has been working continuously for a long time, the new oil should be replaced according to 5000 hours of operation or once a year. The reducer that has been out of use for a long time should also be replaced with new oil before restarting. The reducer should be added with the same oil as the original brand. , must not be mixed with oils of different grades, oils of the same grade but different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.

  When changing the oil, wait for the reducer to cool down until there is no danger of burning, but it should still be kept warm, because the viscosity of the oil will increase after complete cooling, and it will be difficult to drain the oil.Note: To cut off the power supply of the drive, to prevent unintentional power on!

  During work, when it is found that the temperature of the oil exceeds 80°C or the temperature of the oil pool exceeds 100°C and abnormal noise occurs, stop using it, check the cause, and remove the fault. Replace the lubricating oil before continuing to operate.

  The user should have reasonable use and maintenance rules and regulations, and carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found in the inspection, and the above regulations should be strictly implemented.
